Historically, the Wareham operation was established at Winfrith Technology Centre to service the requirements of UKAEA. Since then the client base at Winfrith has steadily grown to include local developers, water companies, contractors and numerous private individuals.

In September 2010, the Winfrith Office relocated to newer premises in Wareham and remains the largest of our offices offering a wide range of services including Civil Engineering design, Contract preparation, drafting of Specifications and Contract supervision, Flood Risk Assessment and CDM Co-ordinator role.

The Wareham Office also undertakes the data collection and presentation for Impermeable Area Studies for the whole of the UK including Ireland and Eire.

The ecological service based at Wareham is available throughout the UK and is becoming an essential part of most new developments.

A growing area of expertise is the provision of design and supervision to the Rail Sector and we are currently working for Stagecoach South West Trains on a number of car park extensions and station refurbishment projects.

Clients include SSWT, RSRL, Inutec, The Environment Agency, Wessex Water, Anglian Water, Peter Gunning and Partners, ROK and Hyder.
